SAS2000 still manufactured and supported

In the early nineties Locamation introduced the SAS2000® system for substation automation in transmission networks. The success of the product resulted in large numbers of installations from 50kV up to 400kV in various countries all over the world.
Although the product is not actively promoted to new customers we safeguard the investments of our existing customers by introducing a migration path from SAS2000 to SASensor. The main part of the system, being the interface with the primary process, will remain intact. Replacing the Control Units of SAS2000 with the Control Units of SASensor proofs that the visionary designs behind SAS2000 and SASensor are becoming a reality.
